Allt är rent och fräscht och det hålls ordning på resorten, det är en lugnare resort för den som vill ha lugn runtomkring sig.
Finns massage för den som vill njuta det lilla extra under sin tid på Laguna.
Ägarna är alltid hjälpsamma och man känner sig varmt välkommen.

All Staff are exceptional and friendly, helpful and caring.
Room always cleaned and stocks replenished.
There is restaurant on beach front.
Pool in resort is amazing with swim up bar. Set in lush gardens.
Aircon worked great and no noise.
Decor beautiful.
Quiet and peaceful.
We watched sunsets and sunrise over the beach whilst having a cuppa on our verandah with view of Phi Phi in the distance.
I will be returning and highly recommend.

  Open and Awesome  - We were hesitant because there hasn’t been a review posted in 2 years. Tourists are slow coming back to Ko Lanta and the Laguna was closed for 2 years, it... read more has been open for a year now but the first 6 months were extremely quiet. We have had a great vacation here the staff is wonderful and will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. There is not a bad room in the place the swim up bar is open as well as the restaurant. There beach is incredible and there are many restaurants, massages, pharmacy or minimart within a 10 min walk in the beach. Taxis are always around to take you to town. Many excursions can be booked at reception or at shops on beach. Reception will also take care of your transfers. The place is showing some wear after being closed for 2 years but it is still beautiful. I think the tourists that have been here didn’t write a review because they want to keep it a secret and return themselves.

Our big problem was the bedchairs. We need comfortable bedchairs so before booking I searched Agoda & Booking websites which showed plenty of bedchairs with comfy mattresses around the pool and on a grassy area at the side. But when we got there they were all gone! Replaced by hard plastic bedchairs with no mattresses.
I went to reception to ask for some but they said they don't have them. I pointed out that they provide them for some of the expensive rooms and she started to get ratty so I walked away.
So we had to go to another hotel a long way down the beach and use theirs - not what we wanted

It's such a shame because we liked the resort and would have gone back but we can't.

Laguna has a very... read more high ranking and seems to be highly cost-effective. We have very good experience with the cleaning staff. The staff is always very friendly and there is a relaxed and positive atmosphere also between the staff and the manager, which you can see for yourself every day.

We hope to be back next year. We usually book directly with the hotel.

Fick hjälp av ägarinnan som även gav oss andra förslag längst gågatan. På hotellet hade dom massage som var billigt och skönt även baren var öppen där man kunde äta frukost och även äta en lättare lunch med en öl 🙂 Ska ni åka till Koh Lanta ska ni verkligen bo här. Med eller utan barn, hög eller lågsäsong är lika underbart men vill man ha lite mera folk och renare strand ska man åka på högsäsongen. Dom prioriterar inte stranden under lågsäsongen MEN det går att bada och ligga å sola.
Jag/Vi åker hit flera gånger.

  Happy second stay on Ko Lanta  - This was our second visit after a few years break. This time we stayed in a first floor hotel room in the block facing the swimming pool as the cottages... read more (which we would have preferred) were all booked. The room was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed like TV, Wifi, Air con etc. The furnishings are very similar, in fact the hotel room was probably a bit larger, but of course the cottages give you a bit more privacy. There was also a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Rooms were cleaned daily.
The pool area has been changed a bit, there are now sun loungers directly by the pool but they fill up quickly. And there are also a few loungers and chairs plus umbrellas on the beach in front of the property - again, in high demand.
There have also been some changes to their beach bar/cafe where you can take your breakfast and snacks or light meals throughout the day. There is a small choice of set breakfasts which all include fresh fruit and juice; very reasonably priced (THB120, I think), and you buy a voucher from reception. occasionally we had our lunch there; they do mostly Western fare like baguettes, chips, and burgers. All pretty good and not expensive. And the fruit shakes are great. The staff are extremely sweet and helpful.
Of course, the location is unbeatable, on what for me is the best stretch of Klong Dao beach with soft sand and clear, warm water. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance or only a short tuk tuk ride away. Love this place, I'm sure we'll be back1
